This Policy describes how the Website Team (“We”) collects, processes, stores and uses personal information provided by Website Visitors.

• The Privacy Policy defines how personal data collected on our Website is collected, used, processed and protected. According to the policy, we strive to ensure the confidentiality, security, and protection of personal information of Users and Website Visitors who leave their data on the Website.

• We cannot control the employees and contractors engaged by our partners. • We collect 3 categories of personal data: technical information about the Website visitors, information about the Participants and information about potential Customers.

• We use this information to make the functionality of our Website available to you, to allow you to use third-party services, to improve our Website, and to answer questions you may have as a result of using the Website.

• А) Participant (to join the Team):

• • contact information (first name, last name, other identifiers used in messengers and social networks, email address, links to your portfolio and completed projects);

  • personal data (information about education, work experience, company where you work and/or individual entrepreneur data);

  • data for the Participant's profile (photo, quotes, stacks and tools you know, and a list of services you provide and their cost).

• B) Customer (when requesting a consultation and ordering design services):

• • contact information (name, other identifiers used in messengers and social networks, email address).

• We consider the information as reliable data about you, which you provide independently and voluntarily. The Data Subject is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided.

• We use the data provided by you to identify you and confirm your identity, facilitate communication and quickly respond to a request from you and answer questions that you may have as a Visitor/Participant/Customer.

• We may also use the data you provide to analyze visits/requests/orders, time spent on the Website, entry/exit points to/from the Website and improve the user experience, as well as send newsletters and/or marketing materials, etc.

• We do not use automated devices or software to make decisions. All applications and requests are processed by Team members who have access to the data you provide.

  • warning, prevention or taking measures against illegal activities and/or violation of the terms of use of the Website;

  • verification of the Participant's identity according to the information provided by him/her.

• B) The data received from the Customer may be used for:

• • providing information services related to the selection of the team and its members when ordering services;

  • implementation of the platform functionality and its improvement;

  • sending additional information about the order;

  • sending a response to a request for information about services;

  • warning, prevention or taking measures against illegal activities and/or violations of the rules of use of the Website.

Processing and disclosure of personal information

• At the same time, the data that our Users provide when applying and filling out the Participant form, including Name, Surname, e-mail, social media accounts, messengers will be available on our website after adding the Participant card to the Website and any Visitor to our website will be able to familiarize themselves with this data.

• Grounds for processing personal data

• The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, (hereinafter - the Law) regarding the legal basis for processing. The Law allows us to collect and process your personal data on the following legal grounds:

• Processing necessary for the performance of our obligations

• The law, as well as other applicable regulations, depending on the relationship between you and our company, may affect:

• • the amount of personal data we collect;

  • the ways in which we process your personal data;

  • our ability to keep your data confidential and avoid unauthorized disclosure;

  • the duration of the planned storage, etc.

• If the processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of individuals or public policy, we cannot refuse to provide copies of your personal data that we have collected or to which we may have access within the functionality of the Website, to authorities and law enforcement agencies, in case we receive a legal decision or official request from them.

• In addition, we may be obliged to provide aggregate information to state statistics authorities or state archives.

• Information about the age of the Website users

• By filling out the Participant form or the Customer form on the Website, you confirm that you are a person who has reached at least eighteen (18) years of age. We are unable to verify the accuracy of the data you provide, so you are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information about your age.

• We assume that the Entities using and accessing our Website as Participants/Customers are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have all the rights to enter into an agreement with us to receive/provide the Services, as well as to collect and process personal data with the consent of the Entities for the purposes mentioned in this Policy.

• If the representatives of the Team become aware of reliable information about the falsely provided data of the User or the Customer, we reserve the right to delete the data about such User unilaterally with a notification to the User by e-mail about the deletion of his/her data.

• We do not work with minors

• If you become aware that we process the personal data of a User under the age of eighteen (18), please notify us by e-mail at i.love.my.team.2023@gmail.com. 

• To use Our services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not provide services to entities under the above age. As a result, we do not process their personal data. We reserve the right to use any tools and techniques to uncover human trafficking and child exploitation and to promptly report such cases to appropriate governmental authorities and law enforcement agencies, including personal data related to activities that we determine to be suspicious and may raise concerns about a link to activities that violate applicable laws under the Law.

Storage and transfer of personal data

• We will store and process your personal data for as long as necessary to provide services to the Users of the Website. If our cooperation has been terminated, personal data will not be stored for more than one (1) year from the date of the agreement to terminate cooperation, expressed in writing to the email address i.love.my.team.2023@gmail.com.

• After this storage period, we will delete your personal data unless its storage is justified by a legal obligation or our legitimate interest to do so (i.e., if your account has previously been identified or suspected of involvement in fraudulent schemes, violation of the law, etc.)

• You may also request deletion of your profile on the Website and on the internal resources of the Website at any time by sending a written, justified request for deletion of your personal data by e-mail to i.love.my.team.2023@gmail.com.

• Upon fulfillment of your request, we will remove your Participant's profile from the Website within thirty (30) days.

• We reserve the right not to delete your personal data until the conflict situation is resolved or the dispute is settled (for example, in case of suspicion of connection with criminal organizations or other violation of applicable law, such as fraud, dangerous behavior, security threat, intimidation or harassment, etc.) Upon resolution or settlement of the claim, termination of criminal or administrative proceedings, or if the suspicion is not justified within one (1) year, we will delete your personal information and notify you in writing to the email address you provided from which we received your request.

• Governmental authorities, executive bodies, courts

• We may be legally obliged to disclose your personal information to a competent governmental authority, executive body or court if we receive a binding official request for such disclosure from them.

• Your consent to the disclosure of personal data

• We will inform you about the purposes and scope of the information and ask for your permission to transfer your personal data to a third party not listed in this Policy.

• Right to withdraw consent

• The law reserves the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.

• You can exercise this right at any time you wish. Please note that withdrawal of consent does not mean that the processing of your data that was carried out before the withdrawal of consent is considered unlawful.
